European Specialty LLC (“European Specialty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website europeanspecialtyga.com and provides independent European auto repair and diagnostic services in Braselton, Georgia. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using our website or submitting your information to us, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you request an appointment, join our waiting list, pay a booking fee, call, text, or message us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details (make, model, year, concern), preferred appointment time, and any information you include in a message.
Payment information. When you pay a booking fee or for services, payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we automatically collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, scroll activity, referring page, and similar usage data, using cookies and tracking technologies (see Section 5).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To schedule, confirm, and manage your appointment and booking fee;
- To provide diagnostics, repairs, estimates, and customer service;
- To respond to your calls, texts, emails, and web messages;
- To send you appointment reminders, updates, and — with your consent — promotions and offers;
- To measure and improve our website, offers, and advertising;
- To detect fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Text Messaging (SMS)
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from European Specialty LLC related to appointments, service updates, and promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts will not affect your ability to receive service. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data is not shared with anyone except as needed to deliver the messages (for example, our messaging provider).
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers who operate our tools on our behalf — for example our CRM and messaging platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), payment processor (Stripe), and scheduling tools — bound to protect your information;
- Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google, for measurement and advertising (see Section 5);
- Legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, customers, and the public;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, and Google analytics/advertising tags, to understand how visitors use our site, to measure ad performance, and to show relevant ads. These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser information, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, and actions taken, and may share this data with Meta and Google.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad personalization at facebook.com/adpreferences and adssettings.google.com. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your service history, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights & Choices
