These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website europeanspecialtyga.com and the services provided by European Specialty LLC (“European Specialty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, booking an appointment, or paying a booking fee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

1. Our Services

European Specialty LLC is an independent automotive repair facility in Braselton, Georgia, specializing in European vehicles and Mercedes Sprinter vans. We provide diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services. Descriptions of services and offers on this website are for general information and do not constitute a guarantee of specific results for your vehicle.

2. Appointments & Booking Fee

You may reserve an appointment by paying a $25 booking fee, which secures a specific time slot with a technician reserved for you. Alternatively, you may join our free waiting list, which provides an estimated arrival window on a first-come, first-served basis and is not a reserved appointment; in-shop wait times may vary.

The $25 booking fee reserves your slot and is applied toward your service at your appointment. If you complete a paid diagnostic or service, the fee is credited to that visit. The fee is generally non-refundable for no-shows or same-day cancellations, but may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change your appointment.

3. Promotional Offers & Pricing

Advertised prices (for example, the EuroScan 360™ diagnostic, oil & filter services, and Sprinter service) are introductory or promotional offers and may be limited in time, limited to one per customer or vehicle, and subject to change or discontinuation without notice. Promotional pricing covers the specific service described; additional parts, labor, or repairs identified during service are quoted separately and require your authorization before we proceed.

4. Diagnostic Guarantee

Any “time” guarantee associated with our diagnostic offers (for example, a stated completion window) applies under normal shop conditions to the specific diagnostic service purchased and excludes delays caused by vehicle-specific complications, parts availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The diagnostic identifies likely causes and a recommended repair plan; it is not a guarantee that a repair can be completed within the same window.

5. Estimates, Authorization & Payment

We will provide an estimate for recommended repairs and obtain your authorization before performing work beyond the purchased service. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

Any warranty we offer on parts or labor will be described at the time of service and is subject to its own terms. Except as expressly stated, our services and this website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, European Specialty LLC and its owners and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

By contacting us or providing your phone number and opting in, you agree we may contact you by phone, text (SMS), email, and messaging apps regarding your appointment and, with your consent, promotions. 9. Manufacturer Trademarks

European Specialty LLC is an independent repair facility and is not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, or any vehicle manufacturer or dealer. All manufacturer names, logos, model names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the vehicles we service.

10. Intellectual Property

The content, branding, and design of this website are owned by or licensed to European Specialty LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for the manufacturer trademarks noted above, which belong to their respective owners.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
